About Gwendolen
Gwendolen is a professional ballet-trained dancer, teacher and flexibility coach based in Brighton. Her work carries across dance and performing arts schools, live stage, Film/TV, and Opera. Gwendolen is an established ballet teacher and conditioning coach to both children and adults. Her style of teaching is encouraging and detailed, focused strongly on technique, breath, and artistry. She helps people feel stronger, more mobile, and more at ease in their bodies through thoughtful, guided movement.
