My Method
I’m Gwendolen, a ballet-trained dancer, teacher and flexibility specialist based in Brighton. My work blends classical ballet principles with accessible stretch and strength practices to help people feel stronger, more mobile, and more at ease in their bodies. Everything is designed to be:
